Where do you ship from?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as we process orders quickly. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund if necessary.
